The Wholehearted Business Team is invested in our individual and collective DEIB training, and we have paved a way for our clients to grow their cultural sensitivity awareness and leadership and to also address any roadblocks that are barriers to creating safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive brands, content, environments, and relationships. We assist with individual and team training, as well as provide oversight and consulting during the brand and content development process to ensure the development of an inclusive and culturally rich brand.

Why we provide this service
We need to do more. A lot more to end racism and all forms of discrimination in our country and the world. Because there are far, far too many people that aren’t safe, seen, heard, or included. Because as entrepreneurs and business owners, who are building and creating things, it’s upon us to build and create in a way that includes and doesn’t other or exclude. It’s up to us to do our part to make a way for communities, groups, and individuals who have been marginalized, discriminated against, and cast aside to change the paradigm so that there is a safe place for all to thrive. We stand and aim to uphold Mahatma Gandhi’s quote, “The true measure of any society can be found in how it treats its most vulnerable members.”
